  Just moved to Athens from Killeen tx and call to find a primary care physician for my children and I. Terrible customer service skills they 4 different times on hold in the duration of 10! Then rudely hung up on while explaining that I need a Dr!! Never been to the clinic and never will go! I felt unimportant and my need we're not met.

  If I could give zero stars I would.... My daughter came into the emergency room with rhabdomyolysis, after being admitted she was treated by Dr. Cleaver whom was very nice. She was admitted to the hospital where her doctor Was switched to Dr. Hobdy..... worst doctor EVER!!! She formed an opinion of my family as soon as she saw us..... because we have tattoos and piercings and I have purple bangs.... she was SO convinced that my daughter was a drug addict that she drug tested my daughter 3 times..... the 3rd test was done on day 10 of her hospital stay..... she was snide.... snooty... and stuck up!!! She thought she was better than us..... she flipently said to the nurses that she had just stopped my daughters pain meds after they placed a picc line that was millimeters from her heart..... she went through my daughters phone saying that she wanted my daughter to prove what time she called me the next morning after her fall.....we STILL don't know what caused her to fall out of bed and hit her head..... and laying in the same position All night cutting off the circulation to her right leg..... It wasn't drug related..... it wasn't alcohol related..... so then WHAT THE HELL CAUSED IT!!!!!! My daughter was in there 7 days before they ever did anything to find out what the cause of this was!!!! They pumped her full of so much fluids that her body swelled...... and then while my daughter was outside enjoying some fresh air and sunshine and was on the phone with a VERY important call..... Dr. Hobdy walked by and yelled at my daughter that she wasn't supposed to be outside because she was on telemetry (heart monitor) In my opinion if you call and they try to set you up to see Dr. Hobdy...... RUN!!!! She's a horrible Doctor with no compassion!!! And don't bother complaining to the hospital and your patient advocate because they won't do a frigging thing..... they'll act like their on your side but when you ask for a new doctor you get told no other doctors will touch you and your stuck with her!!!!
