  I never actually got work done, but am upset with the facility and the Doctors response to a misunderstanding. I was quoted multiple times the cost of a vasectomy at about $800, since my insurance was in a "pay it all" phase. When I arrived, I waited 1.5 hours (plus the AC was not working), then saw the doctor for 5 minutes. Upon checkout I signed off that the cost would be $800 for the procedure, went to leave, then was told it would also be $396 for the office visit, plus more for a required followup. Both visits are required, and take the real price from $800 to $1500 actual out of pocket. They argued the procedure itself was $800, so they never misled me. I cancelled the surgery, but am out $400, and they refuse to budge on this cost. I have had two other surgeries this year, this was the only place that did not include required visits in their estimate, and I feel very misled. Wish they could have worked on the price, lowered it some, since I felt I clearly had a misunderstanding that was, well, understandable.

  Staff was friendly but the Dr made me wait over 50 minutes in the exam room. I walked to the reception area got a refund then the Dr come over to me and I simply told him he was fired.

  Staff is amazing and the doctors are very kind and understanding and they all laugh all the time and seem like they get along like a family. I was very blessed ... thank you urology center staff.
